At NadiVedas, we provide personalized spiritual consultation services rooted in traditional Nadi astrology. As these services involve time-bound scheduling, manual effort, and interpretative spiritual work, our refund structure is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the nature of the services delivered.

By booking a session with NadiVedas, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

NadiVedas offers time-slot-based spiritual consultation services.  
Once a consultation slot is reserved, resources including astrologers, manuscript search processes, and operational coordination are committed specifically for that user.

Therefore, refunds are governed strictly by timing and service delivery status.

2. Booking Fee Refund Policy (Before Leaf Search / Identification Session)

The booking fee paid to schedule an identification or consultation slot is eligible for refund only if the cancellation request is made BEFORE the scheduled session time.

 Eligible for Refund:
- Cancellation requested prior to the scheduled time.
- User informs through official communication channels (WhatsApp / Email / Support).
- Request is acknowledged by the NadiVedas team before the session start time.

Not Eligible for Refund:
- If cancellation is requested AFTER the scheduled time.
- If the user does not attend the scheduled session ("No Show").
- If the request is raised after the allocated astrologer/manuscript process has already begun.

Once the scheduled time has passed, the service is deemed initiated and resources consumed, making the booking fee non-refundable.

3. Leaf Not Found – Full Refund Guarantee

If, after conducting the traditional search process, the user’s Nadi leaf is not found, NadiVedas will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid for that booking.

This reflects our ethical commitment to authenticity in the Nadi identification process.

Refund in such cases will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

 4. Full Prediction / Reading Session – No Refund Policy

Once a full Nadi reading session has been conducted (whether live, recorded, or partially delivered), the service is considered fully rendered.

Because this is:
- A personalized spiritual interpretation,
- Delivered as a digital consultation,
- Based on time, effort, and knowledge already expended,

No refunds shall be issued for completed reading sessions under any circumstances.

This includes:
- Dissatisfaction with interpretation
- Difference in personal beliefs
- Expectations of outcomes
- Subjective experience of the session

NadiVedas does not sell guaranteed results — it delivers spiritual guidance.

5. Digital Service Clause (Important Legal Clarification)

All NadiVedas services are classified as:

> Digitally delivered, customized spiritual services

Under such services:
- There is no physical product return.
- The service cannot be “undone” once delivered.
- Therefore, returns are not applicable.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Users may request rescheduling prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability.

Rescheduling after missing the appointment is treated as a No Show, and no refund or adjustment shall be provided.

 7. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds (only where applicable under this policy) will be processed within:

7 to 10 working days

Processing time may vary depending on:
- Banking partners
- Payment gateway timelines
- User’s financial institution

8. Technical Failure Exception

Refunds may be considered only if:
- A session could not be delivered due to a verified technical failure from NadiVedas' side, AND
- The session was not rescheduled or completed later.

User-side issues (internet problems, device issues, availability conflicts) do not qualify for refunds.

 9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting NadiVedas support first will be treated as a violation of this agreement.

NadiVedas reserves the right to:
- Submit service records as proof of delivery
- Restrict future access to services
- Take appropriate legal action where necessary

 10. Force Majeure

NadiVedas shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural events
- Government restrictions
- Connectivity disruptions
- Unforeseen traditional process delays

In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled rather than refunded.

 11. Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment and booking a session with NadiVedas, you confirm that you have:

✔ Agreed to the no-refund conditions once services are delivered
