Shipping Policy
As we offer consultation services delivered online via Google Meet or Zoom, there are no physical products shipped.
No shipping policy applies to our services — everything is delivered digitally.
Return & Refund Policy
Since our sessions involve personalized, sacred readings based on ancient palm-leaf manuscripts, they are considered a digital and service-based offering.
Accordingly, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once payment is made and the session is completed.
All payments are final upon session completion.
How Sessions Are Delivered
All Nadi consultations are conducted virtually. You will receive:
- A secure Google Meet or Zoom link before your session
- Session recording (audio) shared digitally after completion
- Reading summaries where applicable, delivered via WhatsApp or email
